We are currently working to update the Annual Meeting page to SOFT 2024. Below you can find important information and deadlines:

SOFT 2023 - Denver, co
  • How do I obtain Continuing Education Credit? Please log into the SOFT Learning Management System using your SOFT credentials
    • Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner
    • Click on “My Certificates” for a list of all certificates earned
    • Click “Download” to download a copy of your certificate
  • Who is issuing Continuing Education Credit? Your certificate is being issued by SOFT from our Learning Management System (LMS), please use your SOFT credentials to log into your account.
  • What can I claim as Continuing Education Credit? You may claim credit for any workshops and/or scientific sessions that you attended during SOFT. You will have a CE email for each workshop you attended and for each scientific program session. You must complete the surveys for each link to claim your credit.
  • Where can I find my Continuing Education Certificate? Once you have completed your survey you will be emailed a copy of your certificate and a copy will be held in your account in SOFTs LMS. To download your certificate please follow these instructions:
    • Please log into the SOFT Learning Management System using your SOFT credentials
    • Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner
    • Click on “My Certificates” for a list of all certificates earned
    • Click “Download” to download a copy of your certificate

I need a copy of an invoice/receipt: To obtain a copy of your invoice/receipt please log into your member account HERE

  • Select My Profile  
  • Select Invoices  
  • Select the invoice number  
  • Select download/print  

I want to confirm that I am registered for a SOFT webinar/event/meeting: To verify your registration please log into your member account HERE 

  • Select My Profile  
  • Select Forms I’ve Taken  
  • A list of forms you have completed will display  
  • Select the form you’d like to view  
  • If you do not see a form, you are not registered  

I haven’t received an email form the system yet. It is likely that your security settings are blocking our emails. Please ensure that your IT department is not blocking our emails or website. If you have an account, you can login HERE and select email history to view your emails. 

WEBINAR AND SOFTOPICS FAQ

I have registered for a webinar or SOFTopics, what’s next? Thank you for registering! A link to access the webinar/SOFTopics will be emailed to you. Please note that this will be sent the week of the webinar/SOFTopics and not at the time of registration.  

I am attempting to complete my registration, but I received an error message that I am ineligible to complete the form. If you receive this message, it means that you are already registered and do not need to do anything further. To view your completed registration login into your account and select “Forms I have Taken”, your completed registration will be listed here.   

CONTINUING EDUCATION FAQ   

How do I access SOFT’s Learning Management System (LMS)?

  • Click HERE to access the LMS
  • Login or create an account
  • Select the opportunity you would like to complete

I need copies of my Continuing Education Certificates.  

  • Certificates obtained in 2023 or after will be located in SOFT’s Learning Management System HERE  
  • Certificates obtained prior to 2023 will be located in your AACC account HERE
Payment FAQ  

SOFT will accept the following payment methods:

Debit/Credit Card – You may complete payment in your SOFT account by selecting "Invoice Me" during your registration and/or dues renewal. An invoice will be emailed to you and stored in your SOFT account. To complete payment, please log into your account and select:

  • Select My Profile  
  • Select Invoices  
  • Select the invoice number 
  • Provide your debit/credit card information

A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you and stored in your account. You can download a copy with the steps above. 

If your payment will be submitted by your finance department please have them complete SOFT's credit card authorization form HERE and email it to CC Watson for processing. 

Check – You may mail a check to the SOFT office below, please invoice the invoice number on the memo line.
